Rakesh brings over a decade of experience in the commercial P&C insurance
industry. His work spans underwriting operations, policy administration, analytics
and consulting for insurers, reinsurers, MGAs and brokers.

He founded DHA-1 to help organisations strengthen insurance operations
through structured processes and practical use of technology. His approach
focuses on clarity, efficiency and dependable execution across the insurance
value chain.

Over the years, Rakesh has supported multiple transformation initiatives, working
closely with teams to enhance workflows, improve quality and build scalable
operational models. He has led cross-functional groups and contributed to
process optimisation efforts in global environments.

He believes in developing capable teams and creating an environment that
prioritises disciplined delivery, consistent support and long-term operational
resilience for clients.

Rakesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Hansraj College, Delhi
University, and an MBA in Actuarial Science from NMIMS Mumbai. He was
recognised as a RISE 35 Under 35 professional in 2024 for his contributions to
the insurance industry.
