His work spans underwriting, reinsurance, compliance, distribution, and enterprise-wide operational optimisation.

He serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Trebor Group, LLC, where he advises organisations on growth, operational maturity, and business performance. His experience includes guiding companies through start-up, expansion, and legacy management phases.

Robert previously held senior leadership roles at Trident Group Holdings, Cabrillo Coastal General Insurance Agency, Verisk Analytics, GE Capital, AIG, and Chubb, with responsibilities across multiple geographies and business environments.

He believes in leadership that builds trust, drives thoughtful innovation, and supports teams through disciplined execution. His approach emphasises alignment, measurable outcomes, and maintaining the human element behind business decisions.

Robert holds a B.A. in Business Management from Gettysburg College and has completed professional certifications in Six Sigma, Agile Project Management, and AI Leadership Development.
